OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

As ÖZÇELİK, we would like to thank our contractors and suppliers, especially all our employees; We provide a work environment in healthy, safe and decent conditions, in accordance with local legislation, especially the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 published by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. In this direction, we raise awareness of our human resources and raise awareness on these issues to ensure the continuity of a safe and healthy work environment. For this, we carry out practical and interactive training on occupational health and safety.

All ÖZÇELİK employees must comply with the following rules.

  1. Personnel who have not received Occupational Health and Safety Training are not recruited,
  2. All employees act in accordance with the rules and instructions set for this purpose and must take the necessary precautions.
  3. Employees should not keep any items or substances that pose a danger to the workplace and/or workers or are illegal in the workplace.
  4. ÖZÇELİK employees; It is forbidden to use and/or be under the influence of substances harmful to human health (except for drugs recommended to be prescribed by the doctor) such as illegal drugs, alcohol, drugs, etc., in the work areas of the company, while performing the company’s work, during the use of the company’s vehicles and equipment.
  5. As ÖZÇELİK, we expect our employees not to forget that they represent the company and not to exhibit attitudes that damage the company’s reputation in company and business-related events.
